The Role

An exciting opportunity is now available for a qualified and experienced Electrician to join Programmed, working as an integral part of our ongoing partnership with a large client based on Rottnest Island. This is a commuting position, all ferry travel will be paid for by the company. Applicants must be available to work across a 7 day rotating roster (M-F; T-S; etc). This role will require stay-overs, with accommodation provided.

Reporting to the Utilities and Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for carrying out various Electrical activities and installation, across the client site.

You will be energetic and willing to learn new technology with training supplied by Programmed.

Skills And Experience
  • A Grade Electrical license
  • Experience in wastewater utilities (preferred)
  • Confined space entry and rescue (preferred)
  • Mechanical background (preferred)
  • Process control experience
  • EWP and WAH
  • MR truck licence
  • Certificate IV Instrumentation
  • Experience on major commercial and industrial works
