Client -

International Earthmoving Equipment dealer that operates in 5 different countries around the world in currently experiencing and unbelievable growth. Since 2015 the business has nearly doubled its sales team nationally and they have not only increased market share through product growth and machine sales but they have bought in a number of new products and services into Australia. The management team have supported the growth and they have opened a number of new branches and increased its product portfolio in aftermarket parts, used equipment, new machinery, and bought on board a brand new equipment line which has caused the market to talk and upon this create new beginnings for my client. All in all this opportunity to work for this business is just getting better and better as the years goes. With another NEW product launch in January we are now looking for a proven Regional Sales professional that can work on an existing machinery line and grow this into the WA market.

I’m looking for highly experienced sales professional that knows how to sell mobile equipment, you’re going to be selling to the major civil corporations, key quarries sites, mine sites and everyone in-between. You will be involved from everything to do with account management down to new business development, traveling the state talking to everyone that is looking to purchase mobile equipment ranging from 7 tonne to 97 tonne in the construction equipment class. Its goes without saying that your eye for detail and attention to spot a new customer is key. Your effectiveness and ability to transform the state to something special will come down to you. You will have the following machines in your arsenal -

Wheel Loaders
Articulated dump Trucks
Off Road Trucks
Site Dumpers
Skid Steers
Drills - Surface Blast Hole The key focus in this role is wheel loaders, my client sells these like HOT cakes and they have pulling some serious machine numbers in the state of WA. So if your confident and have the contacts and experience to sell this level of equipment then I would love to hear from you.
Candidate Requirements -

2 - 3 Years’ Experience within Sales of machinery.
Key relationships with the local markets and customers mentioned in the add
Trade Qualified as Plant Mechanic or Diesel Mechanic. Salary Package -
On offer is a lucrative earning potential that can see you earn North of $180,000, Of course this means you’re going to have to work extremely hard and be all over the local projects and customers within your area.
