Siteforce Labour Solutions are currently seeking to fill the following position:

WORKSHOP MANAGER – WEIPA ** RELOCATION REQUIRED**

About The Role:

· Responsible for job allocation and job flow within the workshop including scheduling and labour allocation

· Co-ordinate resources, schedules and activities to effectively manage jobs

· Ensure supplies are ordered for each job

· Assist with quoting, project management, materials purchasing and quality checks

· Ability to correct job numbers and time is recorded correctly

· Provide assistance, oversight and check job estimates

· Manage received goods, confirming qualities, dispatching and invoicing

· Receive and review feedback from customers to ensure customer satisfaction

· Work with the management team to address customers complaints and concerns while providing appropriate solutions

· Assist and guide apprentice and school-based trainee

· Assisting with job safety observations

· Ensuring vehicle inspection checklists/ prestart are carried out monthly on all vehicles

Qualifications

· Fitter Qualification is highly valued

· S1, S2, S3

Experience

· Proven Leadership experience

· Previous experience running a workshop

Job Location: Weipa QLD **Relocation Required**

Duration: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Roster: 5 Day Week (Monday to Friday) possible Saturday

Hours Per Week: 6.00am to 4.00pm

Pay: $50.00 p/h

Medical: Pre-Employment Mine Medical Including Drug and Alcohol
