Eptec are sourcing a Construction Project Manager for our NSW office. In this role you will be responsible for the successful leadership and delivery of single larger and/or a portfolio of multiple smaller projects, focusing on key deliverables including all facets of safety, quality, operational, financial and customer satisfaction requirements.
- Lead operations through the project life cycle.
- Management of all contractual obligations.
- Program management and scheduling.
- Budget control
- Overseeing HSEQ compliance
- Contracts management
- Estimating
- Staff management and full team leadership
- Client, consultant, local authorities, public utilities, etc. liaison
Skills / Knowledge · Extensive knowledge and expertise 10 years plus · Ability to lead and develop teams to deliver quality projects · Proficient project financial reporting · Advanced abilities in project programming · Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Project and Outlook · Detailed knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety legislation and regulations and application to EPTEC
Education · Construction Management or Engineering degree or equivalent experience · Construction Induction White Card · WHS Training for Managers & Supervisors. · · NACE CIP 1 or 2 preferred
