JOB DESCRIPTION

Construction Supervisor- Government contract until end of May with possibility of extension.


Your new company
A government organisation that is respected for its high levels of client service is currently seeking an experienced Building Supervisor to join their Townsville Division.

Your new role
Reporting to the Delivery Manager you will perform a pivotal role in the governments capital delivery program within new works and maintenance of build assets. You will be responsible for overseeing the building contractor, performing quality inspections, managing project costs,conducting condition assessment reports,

What you'll need to succeed

  • Trade background- Carpentry preferred
  • Significant experience as a Supervisor on building construction sites
  • Cert IV in Building Construction
  • Software Proficiency in Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Strong verbal & written communication
  • Drivers licences & own transport
