JOB DESCRIPTION
Operations Manager for NSW construction within M&E building services.
Your new company
- M&E building services contractor – HVAC/R, BMS, security, energy and electrical

Your new role
- Operation management managing multiple construction based contracts
- Managing a team of Project Managers and tradesmen
- Budget, forecast and business plans administration for the construction division of the Sydney branch
- Developing business strategies along with staff and contract management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through new and existing clients
What you'll need to succeed
- High-level of financial acumen and commercial understanding
- Technical background; trade, construction or engineering
- Experience in governance in ASX listed companies would be highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of the Sydney construction industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
