Your new company
Hays have partnered with a Structures/Precast subcontractor who are on the lookout for an Operations Manager to join the growing team. This is a newly created role and will sit alongside the Construction Manager and report to the Director.

Your new role

  • Managing day to day operations
  • Managing the Precast leadership team (Foremen, PMs etc)
  • Be responsible for sourcing new work through contacts

What you'll need to succeed
  • Have worked for a Structures/Precast contractor in a similar white-collar role before.
  • Melbourne experience is crucial and essential.
  • A long list of Melbourne contacts to assist in the business' growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of structures.
  • Qualifications related to construction/trades background
