Due to ongoing growth in our business, Simmark Southern Highlands is seeking an experienced and qualified Electrician. 

The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing residential and commercial electrical installations as well as servicing such as fault finding and maintenance. Solar and battery experience is an asset but not essential.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Residential, commercial and industrial
• Ensuring high quality workmanship
• Assisting with non-electrical Simmark projects on an as-needed basis
• Interfacing effectively with customers, co-workers and other tradespeople
• Mentoring apprentices on staff
• Acting as a positive example and role model 

Qualifications & Experience

• White Card
• Completed required TAFE training in Electrotechnology
• Effective communication skills
• Team orientation
• Strong work ethic and pride of workmanship
• Organised and able to multi-task
• Decisive and problem solving orientation
