JOB DESCRIPTION
RMA group is looking for a Construction Manager to join our specialist Hazmat/Remediation and Construction team.
In order to be considered for the role you should have the following criteria and skills:
- Tertiary qualifications and/or at least 5 years of construction work experience.
- Experience in the Remediation/Hazmat sector would be an advantage.
- Degree qualified in either Project Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Architecture.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Managing human, financial and physical resources.
- Cost estimating: The ability to tender and deal with contracts.
- Good understanding in Microsoft project
- Have a good knowledge of site plans
- Monitoring the job progress and the standard of work in accordance with Australian standards.
- Managing reports and necessary documents.
- MUST have 2+ years Australian experience.
Salary Range between $80 000 to $100 000.00
