Serafin Ag Pro is a well-established family-owned Agricultural Machinery Dealer, specialising in AGCO farm equipment.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused person to join the service team. You will get the opportunity to work on world leading and innovating farming brands, including Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Challenger, Silvan and Hardi along with others. You will be joining a highly skilled team and be presented with great opportunities to help grow in this thriving business.

Duties include but not limited to;

• Servicing and repairs to various agricultural equipment both onsite and in the field.
• The diagnosis, overhaul, repair, maintenance and testing of agricultural machines including tractors, grape harvesters and other agricultural equipment.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following attributes:

• · Experience working on both mechanical and/or hydraulic machines.
• · Drivers Licence is essential
• · Having a focus on customer service is crucial
• Effective time management skills and attention to detail
• Passionate and motivated by success
• · Fostering a positive, creative and rewarding culture
• · Agricultural/farming background is an advantage but not necessary
• Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology/Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or relevant

Salary range is $50,000 -$60,000 commensurate with experience
