The Construction Director is responsible for managing all construction execution related activities for our Greenfield site. Specifically, this role is responsible for:

Leadership of the construction execution team including internal resources and external contractors Development and management of the construction execution plan to the required cost estimates and schedule. Input and oversight of the facility design to ensure efficient construction execution. ensuring staff and self, support regulatory audits associated with the project scope.

As someone who has a wealth of experience delivering large pharma projects, you will identify and mitigate risks to the project milestones utilising your expertise in project management principles and methodology.

About you

We’re looking for someone with a demonstrated background delivering large pharmaceutical projects:

Relevant engineering or BSC tertiary degree
Established background in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
Experience delivering large capital projects, end to end (circa $100m+ construction preferably)
Strong Project Management, stakeholder engagement and alignment skills
Working knowledge of what it takes to deliver a big pharma project - regulatory approvals, quality, validation and compliance requirements
Highly organised, clear and concise communicator
Ability to distil complex objectives into clear and manageable plans
Ability to establish and lead a large technical project team to a shared outcome
Direct involvement with the regulatory aspects of the pharmaceutical industry through exposure to regulatory audits with particular emphasis to TGA and FDA regulatory environments.
