A permanent Structural Engineer job available with a multidisciplinary engineering firm in Adelaide.

Your new company
An engineering and project management firm known on the international scene for providing clients across education, health, residential, retail, industrial and water and wastewater sectors with innovative solutions is seeking an experienced and driven Structural Engineer or a Senior Structural Engineer to join the local team based in the Adelaide CBD. Joining this team will see you exposed to a variety of local and national projects, enjoy a range of challenges, and further develop your technical and business development capabilities. Your new role
As a Structural Engineer reporting to the Principal Engineer, you will be involved within design, management and liaising with architects and stakeholders. You will oversee detailed design and perform design reviews of projects across residential and commercial sectors. Mentoring intermediate and graduate engineers will be an area of focus, too. You will utilise your advanced communication skills to cement and develop new relationships in the marketplace.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the position, you will preferably:

  • be a degree qualified engineer with at least 5 years of structural design experience within an Australian consulting environment;
  • possess exceptional communication skills;
  • have advanced networking and business development abilities, and;
  • are a team player, able to work collaboratively, thrive to do well and take pride in your work.
