What will your role be?

As a key enabler of opening the doors of the top end of town, your mission will be to create profitable blue chip client relationships. Your efforts will allow us to digitally transform their businesses at an industry influencing enterprise level, through our array of cutting edge software capabilities.

Your track record of smashing your sales targets in construction & cities will also drive business growth for Dassault Systemes in Australia as part of a wider business strategy.

As a result, this appointment is an ultra-critical role with a local and international ecosystem of support and influence at your disposal to set you up for success and be rewarded for your efforts.

The Challenges Ahead

  • Leverage your influencing skills to define, attain commitment from your clients and your 3DS team on the Customer Value Roadmap for your accounts to generate incremental revenue
  • Become a trusted advisor to the client at executive and necessary levels to ensure sustainable business for 3DS
  • Involve 3DS teams and/or C&SI as appropriate to maintain a high-end 3DS consulting presence at customer and to create new growth opportunities to help you underpin your role as a growth enabler in Australia for this industry vertical

Your Key Success Factors

  • Senior years’ experience in consulting and solution selling enterprise level solutions for large multinational customers
  • A track record of consistent success closing million dollar plus deals in construction, cities and territories - in software sales
  • Experience in Global Account Management and collaboration with global peers and partner organisations to generate revenue
  • Prior experience in managing blue chip level energy and materials/resource sector multinational clients with industry credibility.
  • Demonstrated success-influencing decision making with technical and C- Level stakeholders from different cultures using different communication/negotiation tactics.
  • Experience achieving a regional business strategy through developing and implementing a sales strategy
  • An appreciation for knowledge sharing and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve superior business outcomes
  • Ability to adapt to evolving environments and problem solve autonomously
  • A natural hunger for sales success and closing major deals
