Manufacturing compliance requires strict adherence to quality and compliance certifiers.

As a member of a small team, you will be exposed to a wider range of learning opportunities than would be found in larger operations.

About The Role


Operate and maintain production machines and ancillary equipment as normally encountered in a near-new highly automated beverage plant.

Strive for smooth and constant running of production lines at maximum available efficiency.

Role involves early starts and the candidate would need to be flexible in their start times, 5am to 7am.

Be able to handle ingredients in a safe and hygienic manner.

Is licenced and Comfortable in driving forklifts.

Ensure that end product meets at least minimum quality requirements.

Conduct periodical product and production checks and tests as required.

Constantly strive for production efficiencies while optimising input material utilisation.

Carry out routine plant inspections and observations and complete scheduled and breakdown maintenance.

Keep all plant, machines, stationary items, and buildings in a clean and tidy condition.

Maintain safe work practices and demonstrate a conscience for environmental responsibility.

Role entails long hours standing, must be physically able.

Benefits and perks

The position is permanent full-time 37.5 Hours a week, with remuneration through base wage/salary starting at $21.2/h with annual reviews, holidays, sick leave/cares leave.

The plant currently operates a single shift five days a week. This is however likely to change this year.

As the business continues to rapidly grow operating hours will increase, giving opportunities for more challenging and rewarding roles.

A Minimum Of

Skills and experience

  • The ability to utilise automated process control through operator interfaces.
  • A keen attention to detail
  • Be an effective oral and written communicator with both peers and management.
  • A basic skill level in using hand and power tools necessary for routine plant maintenance.
  • Able to handle ingredients in a safe and hygienic manner.
  • Forklift experience and/or licence

Beneficial Skills

The following skills are not required for the role however would be advantageous to your application.
  • Mechanical or electrical aptitude.
