Construction / Customer service Administrator needed to start ASAP

Your new company
This reputable and well established, Gold Coast business have a heavy focus on the property development, design and construct market across Queensland. Our client manages the end to end sales process for their clients and provide expert advice on contractual matters. This high profile development builder are very well known on the market and pride themselves on delivering the highest quality end product.

Your new role
You must understand the building processes and have industry knowledge whilst also delivering a supreme level of customer service. Your role is designed to support all clients from the initial sale right through to the handover of keys, whilst also managing general workflow. You will support your clients and discuss build expectations, you will also manage any maintenance required. Someone who is completely customer focused and will always go the extra mile to supply that luxury experience will be most suitable. It is expected that you will develop and preserve a range of different relationships with the business’s clientele.

  • Prepare pre-construction processes in an accurate and timely manner and closely monitor throughout the construction phase
  • Co-ordinate all pre-construction activities, keeping accurate records in the relevant business systems
  • Ensure relevant administration support and monitoring of procedures throughout construction, consistent with company procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Chase and submit contracts
  • Liaise with site
  • Provide administrative support to key personnel within the Housing Team
  • Coordinate, prepare and lodge documents required for building, plumbing, driveway & water connection approvals
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Updating all details on the CRM
  • Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to acquire soil testing, deposited plans, acoustic reports, bushfire reports, etc.
  • Maintain construction registers with all Building Administration workflow dates
  • Assist with general enquiries relating to the day to day activities associated with construction activities

What you'll need to succeed

You must have previous experience in a similar role for a development builder. Due to the nature of the role we need someone who has pre-site experience within a residential capacity and a good understanding of Contracts. You will enjoy working in a structured environment, have a high work ethic and be confident in your administration skills – intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Office is preferred. Your ability to go above and beyond for your clients will aid you in this role. This high volume position requires someone who is resilient with a bubbly and friendly nature
