The Exhibition Operations & Customer Experience Lead role sits within the Community Arts, Culture and Library Services department of the City of Greater Dandenong.

The City of Greater Dandenong are opening a new contemporary art gallery in the heart of Dandenong in late 2021. This exciting new role will oversee the efficient operation of all exhibitions, events and programming at the venue. In this role you will deliver excellence in all logistics, engagement and displays and will maintain a thriving, safe and welcoming venue. You will provide leadership and expertise for all strategic and operational activities, as well as supporting a positive customer experience for all patrons. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high-level understanding of the arts sector, with a view to leveraging this expertise to foster strong interrelationships between partners, educational institutions, arts industries, artists and the community.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification or relevant experience in arts management or a related discipline. They will have a demonstrated understanding of cultural operations and its relationship to facility management.
