The Role

A well-rounded Construction Lawyer is required to join the firm's Sydney CBD-based office. You can expect to be working on a wide variety of matters involving major construction and infrastructure projects with a particular focus on dispute resolution and litigation, therefore, it will be expected that you have already been exposed to this quality of work, whether at a top tier, mid-tier, or specialist boutique firm.

Essential Requirements

  • Between 2 - 4 years PAE exclusively accrued in a top tier, mid-tier or construction-specialist boutique firm
  • Strong front-end and back-end drafting skills and strong technical knowledge of the Security for Payments Act
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: clear plain English communication skills and experience dealing directly with sophisticated clients
