The Company

The Position

This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and is ultimately responsible for the taking customer service calls relating to trades and construction work.

The successful candidate will also complete all client and booking administration.

You can expect to field a high volume of calls in this position - upwards of 80 + per day, managing bookings, complaints, reading and interpreting construction plans and providing detailed customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling high volume inbound Customer Service enquiries via phone and email.
  • Managing, dispatching, closing off scheduled jobs, Client Work Orders and all relevant associated administration
  • Ordering site Consumables and Equipment.
  • Support other administrative tasks.
  • Coordinating with various internal teams and Warehouses
  • Other Ad-hoc tasks as required.
Role Requirements:
  • Well-developed planning skills with ideally some scheduling or team planning experience.
  • A strong commitment to the delivery of high levels of customer service (phone and written) with a minimum of two years in a customer service position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High levels of resilience with solid decision-making skills and an positive and focused mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High level commitment to teamwork
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to read and intemperate construction plans is highly considered
