Exciting Administration all-rounder opportunity, including Acounts Payable. Highly regarded commercial construction organisation.

An exciting opportunity exists within a highly regarding commercial builder who have been a key player in the civil and structural construction industry over the past 2 decades.

This role is integral to the smooth running of the office. Working closely with the Finance team, you will be responsible for managing subcontractor payments. You will also provide day to day support to the broader office, working closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure the objectives of the office are met.

Duties will include, but not be limited to;

  • First point of contact for any clients or subcontractor's coming to the office
  • Ensuring the office is well maintained, including ordering of all office supplies
  • Organising catering
  • Working closely with the Finance Manager and Assistant Accountant providing support including full function Accounts Payable and payroll support - Liaising directly with subcontractors, suppliers and staff as required
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Executive Assistant and Director's where required
  • Preparing reports and other correspondence where required
This is a great opportunity for a true all-rounder. You will be a conduit between all teams.

Experience in Senior Administration or Office Management, sought after. Intermediate/ advance MS Office, as well as accounting based software essential.
