Role Type: Part Time Fixed Term (2 days per week)

Remuneration: $ 74,999 - $ 106,335 + Superannuation - pro rata for part time (dependent on experience and qualification)

We are currently seeking an experienced Teacher - Warehousing and Forklift Teacher/Assessor to join our Corrections Education team at the Ravenhall Correctional Centre campus.

The core duties are training and assessing men at the Centre to complete their HRWL Forklift Licence to WorkSafe expectations. You will need to be a qualified forklift trainer and assessor to fill that role. Additional capabilities to teach units of competence from the Warehousing or Supply Chain Operations training package will be highly regarded.

Corrections teaching roles are well supported within the Bendigo Kangan Institute. There is a large experienced teaching team located at the Ravenhall campus with students willing to be engaged


  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or (TAE40110) including Design & Develop Assessment tools (TAEASS502) and address Adult language, literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills (TAELLN411) (TAELLN401A).
  • A person performing this work is required to hold a forklift truck High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) and must have relevant and current industry experience and vocational competence.
