JOB DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Workshop Manager based out of the Kewdale maintenance workshop which predominantly services the Mining Division in WA. As part of our National Equipment Business, you will oversee the running of our workshop maintenance facility.

As the Workshop Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the running of the workshop maintenance facility
  • Manage a team of technicians and stores people
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to achieve the best outcome
  • Service and Resource planning
  • Ensure Compliance of workshop and equipment
  • Manage workshop Financials/Budgets
  • Promote a strong safety culture

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years’ experience in a similar Heavy Vehicle workshop-based role
  • Must demonstrate a high understanding of Safety
  • Experience in People Management, Budgeting, Reporting and Profit and Loss
  • Understanding of parts inventory and operations
  • Demonstrable leadership and communication skills
