About our Client

About the Role

We are currently looking for HV Fixed Plant Electrician to join our Rio Tinto team at West Angelas. You will be responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing fixed plant equipment such as (crushers, reclaimers, stackers, ore car dumpers, sub stations, conveyors and screen houses), problem diagnostics and attending to breakdowns.

Mobile Equipment Maintenance duties:
Conduct maintenance, break down/fault diagnostics repair and field service on the following equipment, or similar:
- Komatsu 730E, 830E, 930E Dump Trucks
-Hitachi EX3600/5500 Diggers
- Komatsu WA1200 Loaders
- Cat D11 dozers & 24M graders
- Atlas pit viper drills 275âs

Skills and Experience
- 2 years+ experience in a mining environment
- Electrical Trade Certificate
- WA Electrical Licence
- HV Switching ticket
- Australian manual C class drivers license
- High Risk Licence - WP Class (preferred)
- Confined Space Certificate (preferred)
- Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
